Welcome to my fundraising page!

For reasons that continue to puzzle my friends and family, I've signed up for my second Long Beach Legacy Triathlon in support of Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Running? No problem. Biking? Pretty fun. Swimming in the ocean with hundreds of other people while my brain convinces me every floating piece of seaweed is a shark? That's where the personal growth happens.

Every year I try to do something that pushes me outside my comfort zone, and nothing says "growth" quite like voluntarily swimming into the Pacific Ocean before most people have had their morning coffee.

I'm taking on the challenge to support CHLA and help fund pediatric cancer research. Your donation helps fuel the development of faster, safer, and more effective treatments for children living with cancer and provides hope for patients and families facing incredibly difficult circumstances.

If these kids can face challenges with courage every day, I can face a little cold water and a wildly overactive imagination.

Any donation—big or small—makes a meaningful difference and will help motivate me when I'm questioning my life choices somewhere between the swim start and the finish line.
