Hematology Oncology Research Saved My Life
I am an MPAL (Mixed- Phenotype Acute Leukemia) Survivor, diagnosed at 4. Now, you probably know what leukemia is, but you might be getting your Google ready to search up what MPAL is.
Well, let me tell you. MPAL is a rare type of Leukemia, so rare that at that time it didn't even have its own treatment plan. Fortunately, I was admitted to CHLA and due to research at CHLA, they already knew the best course of treatment and it saved my life.
I am now 13, and living life with a passion for singing, drawing, writing and musical theater.
I hope you’ll consider a donation to Children's Hospital Los Angeles, which is currently commemorating its 125th anniversary and setting the stage for the next 125 years of children’s health.
Your tax-deductible gift will make a difference in the lives of many young patients and their families. Any amount will be greatly appreciated and will help further CHLA’s mission to create hope and build healthier futures so kids like me and others will STAY Alright!
