One in four children suffers from a cognitive, emotional, or behavioral disorder.  The need for mental and behavioral health services for children and adolescents has been largely unmet for years and rates of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health conditions have been steadily increasing. The COVID-19 pandemic has made the situation worse, and we are seeing unprecedented increase in rates of anxiety disorders, depression, and other behavioral health disorders. CHLA is responding to this crisis to protect the mental wellbeing of our patients!
