Let's Fight Cancer Together
Hi, I'm Ella, a cancer survivor but also a proud Junior Ambassador for Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).
In June 2020, my world changed forever when I was diagnosed with Stage IV High-Risk Neuroblastoma at just two years old. What began as a normal day quickly turned into a whirlwind of hospital visits, surgeries, and a cross-country move from Virginia to Los Angeles in search of the best care. CHLA became my family's second home, offering not just world-class treatment, but a community of hope, healing, and heart.
Thanks to the incredible team at CHLA, I am now thriving. I'm in the 2nd grade, love to dance, ski, and read. But my journey isn't over. I'm committed to giving back to the hospital that gave me a second chance at life.
As a Junior Ambassador, I join a great group of kids and teens from across the community who support CHLA's lifesaving work. Since 2012, Junior Ambassadors have shared their stories and inspired more than $2.5 million in donations to support the hospital's patients and families. It's a powerful and inspiring model of kids helping kids, and I am proud to be part of it.
Thank you for being part of our story and for helping us spread joy, one gift at a time.
